How do I change the shipping address on my order?
Please email Support@kfobrand.com your name and any changes to the shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order.
When will my order be shipped out?
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-7 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS First Class. Expedited shipping is available.
Tracking
We provide tracking for all orders. You will receive your USPS tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.
Where is KFO Brand located/where are the products shipping from?
We are located in St. Louis, MO & all items will ship from our warehouse located at: 710 N. Tucker Blvd. Suite 307, St. Louis, MO 63101
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship outside of the United States. We are working to be able to ship internationally in the near future.
How do I contact customer support?

Care Instructions:
Always wash in cold water. Lay your item out flat to dry. If you're in a rush, use a low heat setting. If your item has heat press we recommend only hang drying to ensure the vinyl stays in place. Wash it by itself, or with other similar materials. Turn it inside out before washing it.
Can I cancel my order?
All cancellations and changes to orders must be made within 12 hours of when your order was placed. Please email Support@kfobrand.com to begin your cancellation.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return an unworn/unwashed item this must be done within 7 days of delivery. Please email Support@kfobrand.com to begin your return. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to our warehouse.
What is your exchange policy?
If you would like to exchange an unworn/unwashed item for a different size, this must be done within 7 days of delivery. Please email Support@kfobrand.com to begin your exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to our warehouse.
What should I do if I receive an item that is defective?
If you find an issue with your order, all inquiries must be emailed to Support@kfobrand.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please be sure to include photographs of the defects so we can better assist you. Repairs and replacements work on a case-by-case basis and will be dealt with accordingly.
